每间不同的外企公司面试方式都不一样的，所以也没有固定的问题，具体要视公司及职位而定。以下是我进一家外企的面试问题。由于老板在国外喜欢用邮件，所以来回几次邮件笔试，再面试供参考：

Here is the first round:

==You have worked in different places and also was a class leader. Can you tell me one event you have organized or participated? It could be about work, studies or any other social life. Please describe the nature of the event or experience. Was it a success? If you had to do it all over again, what would you do differently?

==You have studied international business and the language. I would like to learn more of your specific goals. What do you see yourself in five years? What kind of position would you hold in a job and society

==You say that you love to play basketball and climb mountain climbing when you are not working or studying. What mountains have climbed and how do you do it? Why do you choose such sports?

the second round:

Can you tell me more about your family and up bringing? There are a few more questions I would like to see an answer.

=If your friends would use three adjectives to describe you, what would they be? Can you explain?

=Tell me your opinion about leadership, competition and cooperation? Do you think these traits are born with or mostly learned?

=Suppose your managers are very happy that you did a good job on a project. Why are they happy?

=Suppose your managers discussed your performance with you when you did poorly in a project. Why do they do that?

=Imagine you did a good job in a project but found most or your coworkers are not happy with you. Why would they be this way?

The third round:

I do enjoy your responses. As I said before, there are no standard answers to these questions. Do you find them strange? I just love to chat with people. Young people are very inspiring.

Do you like to travel? Why？

Do you like music? If so, what kind of music do you listens to?

Do you like shopping?

What kind of books do you read?

这些问题都是没有标准的答案，但是可以通过你的答案而能判断你的个人素质。主要用真诚的心去回答，再加上考虑该职位所要具备的素质稍用语言技巧，最佳的答案便出来了。
